These Terms govern your use of xselect.store and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Who We Are
xselect.store ("Xselect", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Digital Crest LLC, a limited liability company registered in Georgia, with a business address at 4 Winsford Rd, Savannah, GA 31419, United States.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering you represent that you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use is lawfully yours.
3. Products, Descriptions and Pricing
We work hard to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours may vary between screens and minor packaging variations occur between production batches.
All prices are in USD and exclude shipping and any applicable taxes or duties unless stated at checkout. We may change prices, modify products, or discontinue items at any time without notice.
Pricing errors: if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after the order is confirmed. We will notify you promptly if this happens.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email is an acknowledgement of receipt, not acceptance. The contract forms when we ship.
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, resale, stock unavailability, or pricing error.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
5. Promotions and Discount Codes
Discount codes are single use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to void orders where codes have been obtained or used abusively.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first at admin@xselect.store. We resolve the overwhelming majority of issues within one business day.
We will contest chargebacks filed for orders that were delivered according to tracking, for buyer's remorse reasons falling outside our returns policy, or where a refund had already been issued. We may decline future orders from accounts associated with fraudulent disputes.
7. Marketing Communications
By providing your email address or phone number you consent to receive transactional messages about your order.
Marketing emails and text messages are sent only with your separate opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by replying STOP to any text message. Message and data rates may apply.
8. Intellectual Property
All site content, including text, images, logos, layout and design, is owned by or licensed to Digital Crest LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or republish it without our written permission.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this site to transmit unlawful or fraudulent content, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or automate data collection, or interfere with the operation of the site.
10. Disclaimers
Products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Crest LLC's total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Digital Crest against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days will be settled by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in Chatham County, Georgia. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing admin@xselect.store within 30 days of your first order.
14. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns Policy, form the entire agreement between us.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
